Systems Analysis and Solutions Consulting

All systems have problems—inefficiencies, safety failures, security gaps, quality issues. It doesn’t matter what form they take; every one of them has a cause. Finding it early saves time, money, and reputation. That’s where we come in.

I’ve spent decades working in, on, and around automation. I was trained as a communications troubleshooter in the U.S. Navy more than 35 years ago, and since then I’ve worked across industries where efficiency and reliability make or break an operation. Those years have given me a deep understanding of how systems behave—and how to make them behave better.

I’ve seen operations that run like clockwork and others buried by their own inefficiencies. The difference between them is almost never dramatic; it’s usually one or two small causes hiding in plain sight. Finding those causes takes fresh eyes, patience, and a certain love of the puzzle. That’s what drives me, and that’s what Bright Meadow Group is built on.

We identify the unseen causes of inefficiency, design clean fixes, and build systems that stay fixed. Whether the challenge is operational, mechanical, digital, or environmental, our goal is the same—make it work better, longer, and smarter.

Core Areas of Work

  • Operational Systems Analysis — uncovering inefficiencies and choke points in manufacturing, logistics, or administrative processes.
  • Automation Design & Integration — bridging gaps between people, machines, and software to streamline repetitive or high-risk work.
  • Process Troubleshooting & Redesign — diagnosing recurring failures and implementing durable, maintainable solutions.
  • Natural & Environmental Systems Consulting — applying ecological principles to industrial and agricultural challenges.
  • Special Projects — one-of-a-kind puzzles that don’t fit a category but still demand a clear, working answer.

Our One Day, No Fee model keeps things simple: we visit, look, listen, and give you a clear read on what’s happening. If we can help, we’ll tell you how. You decide what it’s worth.

Observe. Design. Intervene.
Systems don’t fail without reason—you just have to pay attention long enough to see it.
